When you book at the Dornerhof in Merano some additional services are already included in the price:

Price information
- The prices quoted are per day and apartment for an occupancy of 2 persons. Final cleaning is included in the price. Not included is the local tax of € 2.20 per day and person aged 14 and over (as of 2025), which is charged on site.
- The surcharge for each additional person is:
- For children from 0 to 13 years: € 10.00 per night
- For people aged 14 and over: € 20.00 per night
- The minimum stay is 4 nights in the low season and 7 nights in the high season. Shorter stays are also possible if there are gaps in bookings. We look forward to your enquiry!
Booking information
- To confirm your booking, we ask you for a deposit (30 % of the agreed price). The deposit will be offset at the end of your stay. After receipt of the deposit we will send you a definitive booking confirmation.
- To avoid possible unpleasant costs, we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation cover from Europäische Reiseversicherung. You can take out this cover through our partner Roter Hahn.
- If you are unable to start your holiday for any reason whatsoever, please inform us in good time.
- There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant a right of cancellation under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Civil Code:
- The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the day of arrival. The deposit already paid will be refunded.
- The following cancellation conditions then apply:
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days to 7 days before the arrival date, 70 % of the agreed price will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date, 90 % of the agreed price will be charged.
- In the event of a no-show, late departure or early departure, 100 % of the agreed price will be charged.
- The deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation fees.
- We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Holiday information
- Your apartment is ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. - If possible, please let us know your planned arrival time.
- Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartments at the Dornerhof.
- Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
