Fulfilment of the statutory information obligations in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
This declaration applies to all our guests and those interested in our offer. We hereby inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data. In accordance with Art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation, we process the following data:
- Your master data (first name, surname, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
- Your data in travel documents and ID cards
- Your data on payments, credit cards and bank cards
- The length of stay you have requested and any personal preferences related to the stay that you make known to us.
The data will be stored and processed by us for the provision of our services and, if necessary and required by law, transmitted to third parties (e.g. public authorities, tourism association). Your data will not be transmitted to third countries.
If you refuse to disclose master data, travel document data and bank details, we will not be able to fulfil our contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment. Profiling and automated decisions are not used.
The legal bases for these data processing processes are:
- The fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you
- Consents obtained from you
- Statutory, contractual or other legal obligations on our part (e.g. documentation rights and obligations under
accounting, tax and customs law, contracts, reporting or legal disputes) - Our legitimate interests (e.g. the improvement of our customer service, including in the area of direct advertising or the
protection of our own legal interests)
The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship and the consent you have given,
in addition, according to the statutory retention obligations and legal obligations applicable to us.
You can request information about your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time. You data subject also has the right to cancellation, information, deletion, correction, restriction and transfer of your personal data, provided that there is no statutory retention obligation on our part. When exercising your right of cancellation, all your data will be irrevocably deleted, provided that no overriding legal provisions are violated.

Südtirol Guest Pass
If you wish to be issued with the Südtirol Guest Pass, we will transfer your personal data to the standardised coordination centre of the Südtirol Guest Pass in order to enable the creation and use of the same and to provide the associated services. In accordance with resolution no. 732/2022 of the South Tyrolean provincial government, the mobility consortium (VAT no. 02735170215) was appointed as the guest card holder and single coordination centre, which assumes the role of autonomous data controller for the processing of the transmitted data. For further information about data processing, you can send an e-mail to privacy@moko.bz.it. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
